The large garden of the castle, planted in the seventeenth century, is now a public park where you can see clearly the hedges modelled as the symbols of the two great families who lived in the castle, the wheels of Theodoli and the three circles of Astalli.

The story of the four statues representing the four seasons is peculiar: they were stolen and just by chance found by a villager who saw them in a window of an antique shop in Rome.
