Ninfeo Orsini

A few steps from the villa of Horace there is a “waterfall” of semicircular shape with a diameter of 23 meters obtained by excavating part of the hill. The water flows to three meters of height, forming a small waterfall which ends in a semicircular pond.

Antiquarium

Palazzo Orsini is also the seat of the Antiquarium, which mainly collects material from excavations in the Villa of Horace. The museum displays pieces of frescoes, small animal sculptures, mosaics, vases, small terracotta objects, lamps, keys, surgical instruments, bricks with trademarks, large tiles, architectural and sculptural fragments.
