Francesca D’Orazio Buonerba, alias Lady Erbapepe è chef e maestra di ricevimento. Insegna la cucina, in Italia e all’estero, viaggia spesso con la chitarra, emblema della mia cucina del cuore, quella abruzzese.
Francesca fa faccio parte dell’Accademia Italiana della Cucina ed ha scritto diversi libri che uniscono Oriente e Occidente come Pasta in a wok, in inglese poiché al tempo abitava a Singapore.
Francesca D’Orazio Buonerba, aka Lady Erbapepe is a chef and hospitality teacher. He teaches the kitchen, in Italy and abroad, she often travels with the guitar, the emblem of my favorite cuisine, the Abruzzese one.
Francesca is part of the Italian Academy of Cuisine and has written several books that combine East and West as Pasta in a wok, in English since she lived in Singapore at the time.
