Sagra ‘elle sagne ‘e farre’

In Licenza during the month of October the Sagne, a  traditional home-made pasta is celebrated served during the Sagra “elle sagne ‘e farre“, which in the local dialect means’ wide fettuccine made with spelled flour. It is what was once the ‘Pranzar dei Legionari’, which mainly fed on spelled.
