From Calabria with fervour!

In this quarantine period we continue to travel (digitally) to discover new places and traditions, this time thanks to a recipe that recalls the Calabrian flavours and spirit.

We were sent by Chiara, a dear collaborator of ours who took advantage of this quiet in the storm to rediscover together with her family the towns of maternal and paternal origins, which unite the south and the north, but that’s another story we will talk about shortly!

Food unites, and she has decided to tell us about the recipe of Aubergines alla Calabrese, but of the variation that is made in Grotteria, a village of which, always with her precious help, we have also told the story and published the Online Tourist Guide.

She sent us great photos, and her mom prepared the recipe just for us. A dish that we are now tasting at a distance, but reading our article we are able to taste its flavours even now!
