2018 is the year of food and wine and some operators are experimenting with new experiences to try those who are looking for something special. A sommelier of the Italian Federation and an oenologist from the Frescobaldi Estate of Pomino in Tuscany joined an expert in medicinal plants to guide tasters to the meeting of wine aromas.
The heart of the event was to try the taste and aftertaste of a wine and to smell it immediately comparing it with that of medicinal plants.
The surprising variety of medicinal plants has widened our experience as we have been able to experience a large number of different aromas and flavors. The organizers of the event are leading actors in quality food: the Bottega del Vino, the Officina Botanica and the Norcineria Cesqui from Colleferro have come together for this pleasant surprise.
