In the historical center of Veroli an evening of food and wine culture with tastings led by sommelier of the Italian Sommelier Foundation. Over 70 Italian sparkling wines, and some foreigners, are the protagonists of this evening of promotion of good wine and good food.
In fact, alongside the wines, dishes prepared by great chefs are offered. Obviously everything is seasoned with extra virgin olive oil from Veroli’s Ernicie bread cooked in a wood oven.
The event takes place in four areas where the tasting tables are set: Chiostro di Sant’Agostino, Piazza Duomo, Episcopio Courtyard and Santa Salome Cloister.
