An evening of tastings with an enogastronomic route in the village of Roiate where large tables welcome tourists who can experience the thrill of a typically Italian lifestyle.

A gastronomic journey designed to make you taste all the local specialties: cheeses, legumes, first with peasant sauces, meat, biscuits and pies with local wine. Roiate is located on the border with the area of Cesanese DOC and Cesanese del Piglio DOCG, a red wine that has been cultivated since the Roman period.

Goblets & Flavors Under the Stars is the opportunity to discover this corner of the Roman countryside among the mountains that overlook the Aniene Valley, just near Subiaco. And in fact here is an imprint of St. Benedict. For those arriving in the afternoon, guided tours will help to discover this village. The streets of the village are animated by live traditional music and you can dance in the square the famous salterello.
