Arcinazzo Romano is the town from which all the roads lead to the Simbruini Mountains and for years it has been one of the most important holiday resorts to isolate itself from the chaos of the city.

The last weekend of October is dedicated to the festival of the fruit of its forests: the chestnut. A menu based on chestnuts and an opportunity to visit the famous villa of Emperor Trajan and a medieval village that has kept its charm intact.
