This Renaissance style building dates back to the 15th century when a transformation began in Italy of cities from defensive centres to noble centres began in Italy.

It has three levels which have a decreasing height and which are separated by stringcourses. Above the entrance door there is a smaller window and in the decoration one recognizes the emblem of the city of Rome in peperino and the inscription FIdelitas engraved in large letters.

Today it is home to the Pro Loco, the ASD Team Albatross (sport fishing company) and the music school.
