A day dedicated to one of the traditional dishes of Anguillara Sabazia, the fregnaccio. It has the shape of a bag and is made with a crepe filled to be sweet or savory.

Generally, it is filled with cheese, pecorino or parmesan, or with chocolate and then is taken in the form of a crepe bag and closes with a string. You can enjoy it with local wine or other, the important thing is to stay outdoors in the village listening to good live music.

For the festival are organized sports activities such as canoeing, fishing and remote controlled boats. The streets are embellished by a manifestation of painting and sculpture and a flea market.
