Jacques Zwobada was a sculptor and designer in the Symbolists movement, who in Mentana created a mausoleum in honour of his wife Antonia Fiermonte who died at just 42 years.

The mausoleum was opened in 1996 by Zwobada and today collects most of his bronze sculptures such as ‘The Couple’, six heads depicting friends and ‘gods’ (Caplet, Letourneur, Louise and Andre De Vilmorin, Herbe and Chadourne) and ‘The Embrace’.
