Monte Calvilli at Castro dei Volsci it is the highest peak of all the Ausoni Mountains with its peak at 1,116m. You can walk up and along the paths where you will encounter traditional activities of the pastoral economy: from milking to production of caciotte, ricotta, marzoline, all made according to traditional techniques.
