At the height of 1254 metres near Pizzo Murro Marro, you can find the cave of Murro, a karst cavity that penetrates into the rock for a dozen meters.

Karst phenomena are numerous, witnessed by various cavities along the river gorges and the “Impaura” cave, located beneath the limestone spur of Valle di Noce, that is rich in stalactites and stalagmites.
