In addition to wines from the Zibibbo grapes such as the famous Passito di Pantelleria, the island’s cuisine features traditional products and dishes that must absolutely be tried.

Let’s start with the famous capers that are used to flavor many of the dishes of Pantelleria and Sicily.

Pantelleria extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives of the Biancolilla type and in addition to having a particular scent of the local vegetation and sea, it has particular beneficial health properties.

Among the traditional desserts produced with the island’s excellences, you must try the famous “Lady’s Kiss” in the shape of a flower. You cannot give up the combination of Bacio di Dama and a glass of Passito in front of a fabulous sunset over the open sea, while immersed in the island’s wild nature.
