On 9 and 10 August, an ethno-musical event happens to rediscover the traditions and tools of local tradition. You can taste the fresh pasteurized milk and the typical shepherd sweet: toasted bread, fresh cottage cheese and jam.

Visitors can participate in the life of the shepherds in the program “Grazing … with the Shepherd” along the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise.

In addition to tastings of local dishes one can experience ‘Sensory Paths of Cheese from the Pastures’.
