Villa Santo Stefano celebrates Saint Sebastian between the sacred and the profane with the peasant dish par excellence!

The traditional procession through the streets of the village in honor of the saint is followed by the festival of polenta, which is prepared for all participants in the same way that the polentari prepared it once. A polenta to be enjoyed slowly and seasoned with broccoletti, sausages or the traditional ragout of polentari whose recipe, ancient and above all secret, is used during the event and kept throughout the rest of the year by the chef for the next generations.
