Three days dedicated to the Roots of Subiaco to enhance the dialect, cuisine, music and traditions. An event that does not want to be nostalgic but offers new companies that produce excellence.
The first day is dedicated to the dialect with a show in the square. The second day is dedicated to wine and food tastings with tasting of local wines led by sommeliers and tastings of excellent products. All this with the outline of live music by musical groups that offer traditional repertoires arranged and orchestrated in a modern key.
Finally, the last day is dedicated to the art of violin making with an exhibition of traditional instruments and then to the ‘Panarda’, an ancient tradition of central Italy where a party was organized to refresh the poorest. In the evening there will be a large banquet with simple local products and the event closes with the ‘Pantasema dance’.
