The laboratory was a church that is a simple building with two chapels and two altars, one dedicated to Our Lady of the Olive and the other to St. Anthony of Padua, and is equipped with a small bell tower. On the façade there are two small windows with grilles at the height of man that allowed the peasants who were returning from dirty work in the country, to pause for a prayer before the altar without entering the Church.

It was deconsecrated in 1840 and today is a restoration laboratory.
