The last weekend of September the Fortress of Borgia in Subiaco is dedicated to the discovery of two marvellous flavours: truffles and chocolate with the guidance of chefs and experts.

The tastings inside the building are enlivened by live music with a classic repertoire, while outside an area dedicated to street food is organized. Here, a cooking display teaches how to prepare chocolate in its various forms.

This is a great opportunity to visit Subiaco and its fortress, as well as the famous Benedictine monasteries.
