Bread Festival

The bread of Salisano, famous for its taste and for its durability, is subject of a celebration, the Bread Festival. Throughout time the ovens of Salisano have repeated the traditional recipe. The flavour is sweet and it has a thin and brittle crust.  

Roccabaldesca  

Roccabaldesca is a ruined castle founded in the fifth century by Tebaldi, from which it derives its name. Church of St. Peter and Paul

Placed in the historical centre of town, the church was built around the eighth century and renovated several times. Its neoclassical facade, with two towers, date back to a restoration around 1700.
