The historical re-enactment of Castel Sant'Elia in September is inspired by the legendary meeting between the Longobard queen Teodolinda and Pope Gregory the Great.
During the show, parades in historical costume cross the streets of the Tuscia village accompanied by drum rolls and the band.

On Sundays there is the competition of the Lombard archers and an equestrian event in the field of Santa Maria ad Rupes.
