The third weekend of November in Lariano is celebrated autumn cuisine with the festival of polenta where all the local producers and restaurateurs take part. Polenta flour is produced by a local company that grows corn.
Polenta is served in different ways of tradition: red with pork and sausage, or white with broccoli and bacon and finally white with the famous mushrooms of Lariano.
The chestnuts and traditional sweets could not be missed at the tasting. All with the live music frame.
