Viterbo. Fettuccine festival

In the village of Grotte Santo Stefano in Viterbo the local food and wine tradition is celebrated with a festival dedicated to the most loved pasta, the fettuccine.

With a simple tomato and basil sauce or with a full-bodied meat dressing.

A weekend to taste the typical dishes of the area prepared by the skilled hands of local associations to the delight of all participants.
