The Rocca d'Oro Award (Premio Rocca d'Oro - Golden Castel) was started in 1989 and is awarded every year to about 20 people who have distinguished themselves in their sector for professionalism, ethics and sensitivity.
The award was created by the famous journalist Giancarlo Flavi, supported by a qualified jury of experts, and takes place in the splendid setting of the Piazzetta di Serrone.
A splendid sunset view over the Valle dei Latini is the setting for one of the most awaited moments from the community of Serrone.
