Casalvieri. Tracciolino road

Casalvieri. Tracciolino road

The ‘tracciolino’ is an old Bourbon road that communicates Val Cominoand Casalvieri with Roccasecca plain

It is also called ‘Canyon’ for wild landscapes that can be admired along its route.

The road passes through Plauto di Casalvieri and follows the bed of the Melfa River with its rushing course in winter and low flow in summer.

Along the course of the river and valley you can do many sports such as rafting, canoeing, mountain biking, and it is the paradise for hikers and walkers in nature.
