Fiano Romano. Single Variety Sirole Olive Oil

This special Single Variety Sirole Olive Oil from Fiano Romano comes from the Sirole cultivar, a variety present in Mount Soratte.

It has a characteristic color from yellow to light green and a light fruity smell. The aromatic flavor is fruity sweet, slightly sour and spicy for fresh oils.

The presence of Sirole cultivars dates back to ancient times, and in 1568 the famous architect Vignola, in a specific letter seeking to be paid for his work with the good oil "come se usa farse in S. Resto" (as it is made in St Resto).

In 1888 the Marquis Canali participated at the Vatican Exposition, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the priesthood of Leo XIII, receiving an award for the quality of oil.
