The calamarata takes its name from the shape of the pasta that looks like a squid ring. It is a typical pasta from the Gragnano area and is used above all with fish dressing. The calamarata from the O ’Masto restaurant is a traditional fish dish from the family of Pietro, cook and master pizza maker, which has origins in Castellamare di Stabia and evokes the colors and liveliness of the Neapolitan spirit. Its seasoning varies according to the range of fish available and for this reason it surprises every time. The O’Masto 2 restaurant with its original fish dish has managed to mix well the Campania flavors of the sea with the atmosphere and the panorama of the Castelli Romani mountain.
