The Porsaraghi are a fruit similar to the crab apple, but with smaller and sweeter fruits.

The name is used mainly in areas north of Rome (Formello, Morlupo, Sacrofano).

The Porsaraghi Tart of Formello is a traditional dish during Pentecost.
