Ricucc', Cabernet di Atina DOC

Art and wine. 2 brothers (Marco and Enrico) merge their dream and create Masseria Barone in Atina to continue the family tradition of cabernet.

For the wines they choose names that recall the family history such as that of grandfather Ricucc' and design the labels following a modern artistic flair.

They are crazy young people who challenge customs and Enrico personally designs each label so that each bottle has a slightly different label from the others.

Ricucc’ is a Cabernet di Atina DOC produced from Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Merlot (15%) grapes grown on a hill right in front of the town. The wine rests for two years in steel while a part (20%) spends 6 months in second use French oak barrels to soften the roughness and enrich it with spicy notes.

A ruby coloured wine with garnet reflections. The nose shows complex fruity aromas, with references to wild berries, plums, red flowers, and spice.

A balanced wine, persistent on the palate and with a soft tannin that makes it pleasant to accompany meat-based main courses.

With its 14 precent alsohol content, it is perfect to amaze everyone in an evening with friends.
